HIAAYU22 – Unit 22: Clinic 5
October 18, 2025Shanti Yoga Digital Library.
Live recordings of Shanti Yoga classes, led by Shanti Gowans.
The word ‘yoga’ comes from the Sanskrit yuj, meaning to bind together or unite, bringing our hearts into harmony with the universal consciousness. While it began as a spiritual journey, yoga has evolved to share the gifts of meditation, physical wellbeing, and gentle healing.
This collection draws from my personal practice, decades of teaching, and the rich wisdom of Vedic and Buddhist traditions. It is an invitation to bring your outer awareness into harmony with your inner center through mindful breathing, asana, meditation, and reflection.
We warmly invite you to absorb the spirit of classical Shanti yoga. Access to the library is free for personal use. Please respect this gift by not sharing or distributing these recordings on social media; instead, kindly direct others to become members themselves.
As you begin, we encourage you to make space in your daily routine for this practice to experience the rewards of a healthy body, a peaceful mind, deepened intuition, and a path forward to sharing this light through teaching.
With my love, blessings and namaste,
Shanti
Please note – these are raw recordings, and at times, there is silence – intentionally.
