When Your Thoughts Control You

 

Sickness manifests more often

You know you don’t want them, but stress, anxiety, panic attacks, anger and other emotional poisons, manifest themselves as physical sicknesses, adding more pain to the injury stemming from your out of control thoughts.

You become a slave to unhealthy food

You become a slave to your food. It creates an unhealthy spiral where you eat because you are depressed. And you get depressed because you eat too much. You even think about breaking free but it feels so hard.

You find it hard to sleep at night and when you do fall asleep, your sleep is not restful

Your thoughts prevent you from falling asleep. You feel as though you are haunted by them and you dread waking up to them. Your restless sleep even causes you to have nightmares!

When You Control Your Thoughts

 

Diseases heal and you live your life filled with energy

Even if you fall sick, your positive attitude will wipe it out very quickly. You experience a life filled with divine healing and you rarely fall sick.

You eat healthy and cleanly, loving it at the same time

You are in control of your food and your energy because you recognise that you are what you eat and the purpose of food is fuel. Not only that, you break past your mental barrier and embrace that healthy food can taste good as well as lead you to live a healthy life!

You sleep like a baby and you wake up feeling totally refreshed

You wake up feeling refreshed because you look forward to each day as a new adventure. You live a vibrant life, spending your energy wisely and you fall asleep like a baby.

 

What this means to your Health

How old would you feel if you didn’t know how old you are?

You must decide to love your body and take good care of it. It is the vessel that carries your essence and your spirit, and by wanting to treat it with tender loving care, your body, in turn, will bless you with unlimited energy, newfound power and strength to conquer the world.

  • Exercise regularly to develop a positive, vibrant and confident feeling
  • Ensure that your diet is conducive for you to have optimum health. Do not eat junk food.
  • Take the best possible care of your health.
  • Balance, heal and transform your life.
