Change any limiting beliefs – they’re not only limiting, they’re destructive. Your beliefs are unquestioned commands that tell you how things are, what’s possible and impossible and shape every action, thought and feeling you experience.
Choose empowering beliefs – the sense of certainty in the force behind all your success.
• Do not dwell on the thoughts of past performance and achievements. What we did is far less important than what we are doing right now.
• Do understand that the body is constantly changing and suffers many experiences that affect its reactions and performances.
• Use the ‘bad days’ to learn from your mistakes and turn them into advantages.
• Develop body-mind that flows like water, reflects like a mirror and responds like an echo.
