Topic 6.08.18 ​Surrender. VERSION CONTROL: 1 August 2017


Drop all struggle. Don’t continue to force or push harder.

Stop and surrender. Allow it to happen. Don’t make it happen.

Learn to let go, yield and flow with the movement.

Concentrate on relaxing.
– This does not mean collapse the body.
– Hold the extension, without (i.e. drop) the tension.

When you hold a posture comfortably, the stretch tension subsides.

The greatest present we can give ourselves is to enjoy the present.
