Topic 6.08.18 Surrender. VERSION CONTROL: 1 August 2017
• Drop all struggle. Don’t continue to force or push harder.
• Stop and surrender. Allow it to happen. Don’t make it happen.
• Learn to let go, yield and flow with the movement.
• Concentrate on relaxing.
– This does not mean collapse the body.
– Hold the extension, without (i.e. drop) the tension.
• When you hold a posture comfortably, the stretch tension subsides.
• The greatest present we can give ourselves is to enjoy the present.
