Change what you demand of yourself. Raise your standards. If you do not set a baseline standard for what you will accept in your life, you’ll find it easy to slip into behaviours and attitudes or a quality of life that is far below what you deserve. Stop accepting all the things in life that you will not tolerate.
Visualising what you are doing
• is very important.
• encourages concentration
• promotes better quality to the execution of your actions.
• Picture yourself and the particular asana you are working on. The form and shape of asana is pre-existent. You enter and centre within this preexistent form. Then deepen and intensify, with the breath, and finally relax and allow. Here it is much more about undoing than doing.
