• Keep the Yoga movement fluid and under control.
• In assuming the pose, do not waste energy just in movement and leave none for integrated and purposeful action and awareness.
• Re-train your body. Re-educate cells and fibres.
• Alert every muscle, tissue and fibre of every nerve centre.
• Ascend the spine, feel yourself ‘grow’.
• Feel your shoulder-blades ‘knife’ together.
• Pull your stomach in without constricting your breath.
• Lift from your floating ribs.
• Lead with your sternum.
• Hold your muscles firm, joints soft.
• Love yourself.
