Keep the Yoga movement fluid and under control.

In assuming the pose, do not waste energy just in movement and leave none for integrated and purposeful action and awareness.

Re-train your body. Re-educate cells and fibres.

Alert every muscle, tissue and fibre of every nerve centre.

Ascend the spine, feel yourself ‘grow’.

Feel your shoulder-blades ‘knife’ together.

Pull your stomach in without constricting your breath.

Lift from your floating ribs.

Lead with your sternum.

Hold your muscles firm, joints soft.

Love yourself.
