• Are in intolerable pain
• Feel unwell
• Feel extremely hot
• Experience difficulty in breathing
• Feel pains in the chest
• Have an intense headache
• Feel dizzy or delirious
• Cannot think clearly
• Cannot move in a straight line
• Feel nauseous
• Lose sensation in any part of your body
• Stop exercising when tired.
