During your practice, it is the body-mind which is active. Let your brain remain passive, watchful and alert.
Unconditionally enjoy the present and create it consciously. Life is only realised directly in the present. Being lost in your thoughts and emotions with another time, place and situation wastes the present.
Remain relaxed and present.
