Do not bring ill-will to Yoga. A grudge blocks the flow of peace and tranquility within you. Think positive thoughts about those around you and well of those you don’t like.
All our spiritual practices and teachings are in vain if we cannot be happy in the most basic and ordinary ways … if with our hearts we cannot touch one another and the life we have been given. The happiness we discover in life is not about possessing, owning or understanding. It is the discovery of this capacity to love … to have a loving, free and wise relationship with all of life. The longing for love and the movement of love is underneath all of our activities.
