When you think about something you desire, and feel depressed or unfulfilled about it, it’s a sign that your vibration and its vibration are not matched. On the other hand, when you think about something you desire, and feel excited, energised, or a joyful expansion about it, your vibration and its vibration are in resonance and you are in the right place to receive it.
The Law of Attraction or Magnetism is one of the better known universal laws. Variations have been around for centuries. It is the name given to the belief that ‘like attracts like’ and that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, one can bring about positive or negative results. The theory behind the law of attraction is that we create our own reality. We attract things we want and we also attract things we don’t want. The people we attract into our lives, the stuff in our homes, and the money in our bank accounts, are all through our thoughts and feelings, either to our benefit or detriment.
When our beliefs are limited, we attract limited wealth and compromise our well-being. When we believe anything is possible, the sky’s the limit. In fact, you can break through that glass roof on the sky with your miraculous positive thoughts. When we focus on the ‘lack of’ (something…anything), we create a ‘less-than’ reality. On the other hand, if we focus on being abundant and happy, we will enjoy a luxurious and glorious reality.
Do you attract what you want into your life? Alternatively, do you attract accidently, bringing into your life what you do not want? You attract prosperity into your life, only if your internal beliefs about the world and yourself are in alignment with your actions. The ruling principle of the universe declares that the universe is made up of consciousness and energy and that thought creates our reality.
You might discover that you hold many mixed thoughts and emotions, and that these could be at odds with the identity and beliefs you project outwardly into the world. If your baggage is hidden, you could often be unaware of it, which is why it’s important for each of us to uncover and examine our deeply held beliefs. Those beliefs that really govern how we live our lives, are often unconscious. They were formed long, long ago, when we were little children. You may not even realise that your way of thinking is just a belief. You may even call it a fact rather than think of it as an opinion. If your beliefs have served you well, don’t change what doesn’t need changing. However, if something is not working for you in your life, take the opportunity to be aware of your thinking patterns, and this will be the beginning of change.
The Law of Magnetism is about how energy is transformed into physical experiences. It goes beyond the law of attraction. It’s like giving yourself access to the command prompt in your mind, so that you can create experiences that match your desires.
