Sleep Well
Sleep is the time when your body rebuilds and recharges itself. Depending upon your body type, you will need to sleep for six to eight hours a day. Additionally, you could consider taking ten-minute power naps. After these refreshing sleeps and naps, you will surely feel energised to take on more activities during the day. Do not deprive yourself of sleep. You will surely realise that your brain functions better with appropriate hours of sleep.
