Change what you demand of yourself. Raise your standards. If you do not set a baseline standard for what you will accept in your life, you’ll find it easy to slip into behaviours and attitudes or a quality of life that is far below what you deserve. Stop accepting all the things in life that you will not tolerate.

Visualising what you are doing

is very important.
encourages concentration
promotes better quality to the  execution of your actions.
Picture yourself and the particular asana you are working on. The form and shape of asana is pre-existent. You enter and centre within this preexistent form. Then deepen and intensify, with the breath, and finally relax and allow. Here it is much more about undoing than doing.
