Topic 6.01.12 Composition in each movement. VERSION CONTROL: 1 August 2017
In each movement are the following components:
Warm up
Sun energy, heating. Anytime, day or night, before, during or/and after practice.
Fix-it
Remedial Yoga. For a particular result, to extend a stretch/posture, and to solve a problem, eg. soothe an aching back or neck, alleviate stress or fatigue etc.
Yoga postures are the sacred fires that burn up neuroses.
Resting space
Lunar phase; cooling; relaxes the mind.
When the mind touches the body, cells respond.
