Shield Your Brain
There is no point improving your brain if you do not protect it physically. You should always protect your head from injuries, because traumas to the head may affect the functioning of your brain.
Even simple injuries should be avoided, because repeated minor injuries, if accumulated, may cause damage to your brain. Thus, you should try simple prevention, like putting on a helmet when cycling, in order to avoid situations that could damage your brain functioning.
