When Your Thoughts Control You

 

Bad habits control you and you are a slave to them

You feel like a victim and your habits become a chain around your neck. The worst thing is, you feel powerless to change your situation because that is what you tell yourself.

You try a new habit but after some time, you still keep falling back into it

If you do not have a very strong ‘why’, it will only be a matter of time before you fall back into your ‘sinful’ habits that you despise.

When You Control Your Thoughts

 

You have the discipline, willpower and strength to break bad habits and replace them with good ones

Even if you have bad habits, you can easily conquer them in time. Your mind is your greatest weapon, so quitting a habit won’t feel that painful and you’ll be happier with better habits!

You not only break your bad habits, you stay away from them forever

When you replace bad habits with wholesome ones, your change will happen at a cellular level and the transformation will be permanent! Not only that, these new habits will give you an even better quality of life.

What this means in your Daily Life

Mastering your thoughts will give you the power to break every chain in your life and build a brand new you, once desires for a better life become locked in as a habit. Taking time away from work to refresh your mind, body and soul, is critical to support yourself in being the most effective and productive in all that you do.

Take the time to balance work and play.

Cultivate hobbies and things you are passionate about and enjoy.

Do the things that you love to do.

Do not feel or act as if you are driven.

Do not work excessively or feel as though you have to earn your keep, or prove your worthiness, because you feel that you are somehow not worthy.

Take the time daily to relax and re-create.
