YOUR OPTIMUM WEIGHT AND FITNESS

 

When Your Thoughts Control You

 

Your weight (over/under) makes you ashamed of your body

You feel so ashamed of your body, that the thought of taking off your clothes petrifies you!

You work very hard to lose weight or build muscle but the yo-yo effect kicks in and you are back to square one

Does this pattern sound familiar? You hit the gym, you have a personal trainer and you try to develop a routine. After a few weeks, the workouts get boring, the trainer gets annoying and the drive to the gym gets longer and longer. Everything you’ve worked for disappears in only a matter of time.

When You Control Your Thoughts

You will achieve your ideal weight and it is not a matter of if but when

You have the mental strength to have the body you want. In a number of months you know that you will have the best body in your life!

You are thoroughly in love with your fitness lifestyle and you look forward to it daily

Working out doesn’t become a chore. You enjoy it because the endorphins released keep you coming back for more. But more importantly, it’s not the results of wanting the six-pack abs that drive syou but the very workout itself!

What this means for your Fitness Levels

You will start enjoying your body and the confidence you have never dreamed of. All you need to do, is master that little annoying voice inside your mind and little shifts, like this, will make you love fitness rather than despise it.
