We live in an expanding universe. The Law of Expansion explains that a substance may be expanded or raised in its rate of vibration. The Law of Contraction gives the opposite result. If, like most people, when you feel afraid, you contract. Here are some examples: – Whenever you don’t have enough money, you cut back on personal or business situations.
– If you have a problem, you withdraw into yourself and cut yourself off from most people.
– When you have been let down by someone, you decide not to trust anyone anymore.
– If you have been hurt, you decide not to open yourself up emotionally in a similar way again.
– If you have a debt problem, you avoid your creditors.
– You bury your head in the sand. You avoid confrontations.
– When you have a problem, you become paralysed and do nothing.
The Law of Expansion draws what you want towards you. The Law of Contraction takes you away from what you want. Thus, if you have a financial problem and you spend responsibly and feel good as a result of this choice, then you invoke the law of expansion. However, if you spend and worry about how you are going to pay for it, you invoke the law of contraction. This is because what you want, can only be manifested from a place of feeling good. Thus, if you meditate or go on retreat in order to connect with your essence, this invokes the law of expansion. If you withdraw in order to avoid conflict, or a problem, you invoke the law of contraction.
To get this law to work for you, you need to start endorsing experiences and things in your life that make you feel good. These don’t have to cost money. You can borrow uplifting books from the library to read, go for a walk in a beautiful area and so on. Look for ways to bring more of what triggers off the happiness within you on a daily basis and you will find that manifesting the bigger things in life becomes quite easy.
